DEC Electrical contracting has been privileged to work with the Better Days Group for the last 7 months. We hired Mr. Joe Tessin with the Better Days group because we were struggling with getting our team motivated for growth. We are a company that has been in business for over 14 years and have experienced some success over the years but just couldn't break that barrier for growth. We were stagnant and unmotivated; our team turnover rate became outrageous.
